We made sure to have a very easy & customer friendly returns & exchange policy.
If for any reason, you need to Exchange or return an item, here are some guide lines:

• 
  All Returns or exchanges must be approved by contacting our customer service for an RA number (return authorization number) within 14 days from date of purchase.

• An RA number can be requested via e-mail service@couturemoda.net  or via phone, toll free number: 877.888.2900

• Once an RA number has been issued, all item/s must be returned in new condition (not warn or washed), original tags must be attached to the item/s

• All returns or exchanges must come with a copy of your pay pal receipt or   invoice

• ALL SALE ITEMS, OR CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE & CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED
  ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL.

• Once items are received back, a refund or exchange will be approved within 48 hours

• Couturemoda do not refund any shipping fees. All items refunded will be deducted a minimum shipping fee of $9.
  There is NO handling or restocking fee

• If items return not in their original condition, used or damaged,

• CoutureModa reserve the rights to refuse the return & will re-send the items back to the sender
